Generally speaking most clients ask a lot of similar questions when making an enquiry, as a result I thought it would be handy to answer the frequently asked questions. If your question isn't answered below then please do not hesitate to email me. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Do your quotes / charges include proofs / adjustments?
Depending on what package you have purchased there are a set of revisions - this is either 1 or 2 depending on what stage of the design process you are at. For all print elements, or smaller jobs (part of the Blossom package) there is usually 2 revisions per design.
If you use up all your revisions, don't fret...extra revisions are available at my hourly rate of £48.
What is the payment process?
Once the contract has been signed, you'll need to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in my schedule. Then 30% is due at the start of the design phase, 30% is due when the designs are signed off and the final 10% is due when the project is complete but before the final files are handed over.
What do you design websites on?
I use Squarespace to build your site. It's easy to use and simple to maintain for you once the design process is finished. Head this way to read up on why Squarespace is the best option for your website!
Do I need to buy a domain before you build my website?
Not at all! You can buy your domain directly through Squarespace. However, if you already have a domain somewhere else (like GoDaddy), then don't worry, I'll just redirect your domain to your Squarespace website!
What if I need other elements that are not part of your package?
That's fine. My packages are designed to help and provide you with all the elements you may want and need. If you require another design element, then be sure to mention it when you get in touch. We can discuss them during your design consultation and I can provide you with a separate quote or tailor the package to suit your needs!
