HOW YOUR DAY WILL WORK

1 | BOOK

You get in touch and then we begin with a chat about your requirements. Each client’s needs will vary so the day will be tailored to reflect your needs. We agree on the deliverables required and get you booked in.

2 | Design

Kicking off with a check-in call, followed by a morning of design. At lunchtime, you’ll have the opportunity to review and give any feedback. The afternoon is more designing and ends with a final review opportunity and sign off. All the final files will be with you by the end of the day.

3 | handover

If there is anything on your list that we didn’t get to you can book in extra time (half-day or whole day). KSD will also support you with any website queries for one business day after the final files are handed over.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, I hold (up to) three days a month for this service so booking in early is essential. Find out my availability by getting in touch.

  • • Before your scheduled design day, we will have spoken and agreed on the priorities for the day. Anything required by KSD will have been sent over, and if required we will have a call to go through it.

    • The day will run from 9am-5.30pm. We kick off with a quick call, then there will be two hours of design work. Over lunch, you will get a preview of your work and this is your chance to give any feedback. The afternoon is spent in the final design stage with then another client review and sign off. All the final files will then be sent to you by 5.30pm.

    • Should you require any extra time we can discuss this also.

  • As much as possible. You will need to identify your tasks and prioritise the order in which you would like them completed, I will then work through them in that order, getting through as much as I can.

  • Yes – during the day we come together two to three times. These are all opportunities for you to provide feedback.

  • Absolutely. Our chats before and during the day are all online which means we can seamlessly work together.

  • Unfortunately, this isn’t possible within a single day. If you have larger design requirements do take a look at my Brand identity and Squarespace website design pages.

  • If this happens then you can book KSD to deliver just the specific task or a half day.

  • For optimal productivity, design work will be carried out at the KSD office. Communication will be online, via email and Zoom, and telephone - whatever works best for us to walk through and showcase design work when required. This ensures that I'm dedicated to maximising your scheduled design day and being completely focused on your project.

  • Yes, it’s very important that we have agreed on what the deliverables and priority list are to be for the day. Depending on your design requirements you will need to provide certain assets, eg for a single website design and build I would need images, copy, and any branding assets (if I didn’t design your brand). Having this ready beforehand means we can hit the ground running on your day.

  • No refunds are available with this service. The investment amount is based on my dedicated time and design experience. We will connect before the day and agree on the deliverables and then we come together up to three times on the day so you will have plenty of opportunities to raise any concerns.
