HOW YOUR WEEK WILL WORK
Monday - Tuesday
Strategy & initial design
We’ll start with a 60-minute call to go over your goals, plan out the pages, and agree on the overall look and feel. Before this, you’ll need to have your words, photos, and logo ready, as I’ll use these to design the main pages.
Tuesday - Wednesday
Design & refinements
You’ll review the initial concepts, share feedback, and I’ll refine the design to make sure it’s spot on before the build begins.
Thursday - Friday
Build & launch
Your website is built, fully optimised for mobile and SEO, and prepped for launch. We’ll do a final review together before going live by Friday.

Absolutely. Once your site is live, you’ll have full admin access to your Squarespace account. I’ll also provide a handover and basic training video so you can confidently make updates, swap out images, edit text, and add new pages whenever you need – all without touching a single line of code.

You won’t need to be glued to your inbox, but I do need you to be responsive. Expect to check in at key points – after the strategy call, when reviewing the initial design, and for final approval before launch. Prompt feedback keeps the project moving so we can hit the Friday go-live deadline.

Yes – your website will be completely flexible, so we can add extra pages or features at any time. You can choose to do this yourself with the training provided, or I can handle it for you as an additional service.

Once your site is live, you’ll receive a handover and basic training so you can confidently manage and update it yourself. I’ll also be on hand for a short post-launch support period in case you have questions. If you’d like ongoing help, I offer support packages for updates, improvements, or future additions.

It all comes down to good preparation and a clear process. Before your week begins, we’ll have your words, photos, and branding ready, so I can start designing right away on Monday. I only take on one Website in a Week project at a time, so your site has my full attention from start to finish.

To secure your Website in a Week slot, a 50% deposit is required at booking. The remaining 50% is due before your launch on the Friday. Payments are made securely online, and I’ll send you invoices for each stage so everything is clear and straightforward.

Yes – to get the most out of your Website Week, you’ll need to have your questionnaire completed and your words, photos, and branding ready before we start. Being prepared keeps the week moving fast and makes sure your site reflects your business from day one.

Because the Website in a Week service is a fast, collaborative process with clear steps and opportunities for feedback, refunds are not available once work has started.
